CCC Signs Contract for Red Sea Resort Project.
On 22 October, 2008 Creative Concrete Concepts signed a contract with real estate developer Tameer Jordan for the installation of the finish stucco on its Red Sea Resort luxury villa project in Aqaba, Jordan. CCC’s sister company, Al Amer Engineering, will carry out the contracted works on the 280 2-story villas. CCC’s high performance finish plaster, ArtGrout 801, was selected for the finish coat.
 

CCC Selected Supplier for Marina Mall Landscape.
Creative Concrete Concepts was selected as the supplier for the stamped concrete flooring on Emaar’s Marina Mall in Dubai. CCC applicator New Squares Flooring started the 16,000 square meters stamped concrete work on May 2008, and expects to complete the project by year end.
 

CCC Applicator Putting Final Touches on Zabeel Park Mall Work.
Creative Concrete Concept applicator New Squares Flooring is putting the final touches on its 14,000 square meters stamped concrete work at Dubai’s long-anticipated Zabeel Park Mall. CCC supplied New Squares Flooring with the color hardener, release agent, sealer and tools to complete the project. The mall is expected to open to the public in January 2009.
 

Abu Dhabi Landscape Company Switches to CCC for Supply.
Kfoury Landscaping, the Abu Dhabi-based landscaping company, selected Creative Concrete Concepts for the supply of materials on its 30,000 square meters stamped concrete work at the luxurious Abu Dhabi Golf Course Club. The decision came in October 2008 after Kfoury Landscaping was unsatisfied with the quality of the materials provided by another supplier.
 

CCC Receives LOI for Parking Deck Coating in Ocean Heights Tower.
Creative Concrete Concepts received a Letter of Intent from Dubai contractor Arabtec for the supply and apply of parking deck epoxy floor coating on DAMAC’s 43-story Ocean Heights luxury tower in Dubai Marina. The 18,000 square meters multi-story parking area will be coated with CCC’s EpoCrete 150 and EpoCrete 250, and work is expected to commence early next year.
 

CCC Signs Parking Deck Coating Work with Al Fara’a Contracting.
On 6 November 2008 Creative Concrete Concepts signed a contract with Al-Ain based Al Fara’a Contracting for the supply and apply of epoxy floor coating on Al Deyar’s Al Raha Towers project in Abu Dhabi. Work was subcontracted out to an independent applicator and commenced two days later on the 40,000 square meter area, which will be coated with CCC’s EpoCrete 150 and EpoCrete 250.
 

CCC Approved for Polyurethane Coating Supply in Palm Island Project.
Creative Concrete Concepts received approval this September from consulting firm Dar Al-Handasa for its ElastoCrete 6500 as the polyurethane parking deck coating on Nakheel’s Tiara Residence and Hotel in Jumeira Palm Island, Dubai. The 68,000 square meters work is being carried out by CCC applicator Stone Master under contract with Dubai-based Arabtec, the main contractor on the project.
 

CCC Chosen for Pile Head Waterproofing Work on Porto Dubai Project.
Creative Concrete Concepts received a Letter of Intent on 20 August 2008 from Dubai-based Arabtec for the pile head encapsulation and waterproofing work on Dubai Property’s Porto Dubai Villas project. The work on the 44 villas, each starting at AED 67 million (US$ 18 million), will require the use of several of CCC’s materials: FlexCrete 500 Epoxy Polysulfide Coating, ArtGrout 601 Non-Shrink Grout, and PatchCrete 101 Multi-Use Repair Mortar. CCC subcontracted the work to waterproofing applicator Walton Contracting and work commenced on October 2008.
